Once you are happy with your Artwork/Graphics you will be sent a confirmation email to print and sign off, we also accept written confirmation stating you have checked over your order details and are happy for Britain Apparel to proceed to production.

Colours displayed on graphics are an indicative only and may vary from screen to production print outs. Please check your order very carefully before approval that includes all text, spelling, colours, logos, numbers and sizes as Britain Apparel takes no responsibility for any errors once your order has been approved.

Our production time frame delivery is 4-6 weeks. Production will not commence until Britain Apparel has received a 50% deposit and your final confirmation (Design and Sizing) has been approved.

Express option: If you need an order within a certain time frame under 4 weeks let our team know and we will work with you to get it delivered on time. Please note a surcharge will be applied.

Britain Apparel will not be held accountable for delays in delivery schedules due to unforeseeable circumstances, inability or delay in authorities or customs holds, Quarantine and or agricultural hold, delays in international shipping and or local freight beyond our control due to extreme weather conditions.

For all custom graphics we aim to have all graphic visuals turn’t over within 3 working days, However depending on our current workload and complexity of the design it could take up to 4-5 working days.

All Cultural designs can take up to 10-12 working days

A small artwork fee will be charged on orders under 20 pieces, starting from $30.00AUD +GST.

We do provide a free designing service for orders more than 20PCS and up to 4 designs revisions before you are charged for any further designs or changes.

You must provide all required logos in vector format such as AI, EPS or PDF. These formats are crucial as it ensures your logos print out clearly onto the garments. If you are unable to provide us with the required formats, our inhouse design team can redraw logos for a fee of $50.00 +GST per logo. It will then be provided to you in these formats for future use.

We have a wide range of colours that can match most team colours. Please be sure to provide your team's PMS colour code if you require a certain colour. If you do not provide Britain Apparel with this information, you give Britain Apparel full permission to proceed to colour match to the artwork.

Custom Names, Numbers, and logos are all included in our costs however ALL logos must be provided in High Quality Vector format PDF, EPS or AI, if they are not provided in these formats we would require a re draw. This will cost you $50.00 +GST per logo.

All embroideries, appliqué, or heat seals incur an additional fee. There will be additional charges per garment if you would like to apply our silicon grip tech or add a GPS pouch to your playing apparel.

You must fill our logo detail form out very carefully and put in as much detail as you can with no spots to be left empty

Revisions: Per logo we only allow 1 revision, each reversion after that will be charged at $15.00 +GST

If you are not familiar with our sizes we highly recommend to use our size guides provided on our website and measure up to those, as this is the most accurate way to choosing the correct size. If you have any questions or concerns please ask your Britain Apparel Sales Representative.

All Sublimated garments are manufactured through our factory based in China. Producing up to 9,000 Garments per week and between 35,000 – 40,000 Garments per month. These numbers guarantee us sturdy turnovers with people we can trust.

Here at Britain Apparel quality control is taken very seriously all materials are player tested and also pre checked before proceeding to production. All garments are then ran through quality checks once again post production to ensure our high standards are met.

I declare that I have full authorisation from the owner to use, any copyrighted and/or trademarked logo and/or that artwork I have supplied and/or requested. I authorise Britain Apparel to modify, reproduce and keep this content supplied for future orders.

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Britain Apparel, including employees, suppliers, directors and agents against all losses, actions, claims, suits, demands, liabilities, costs or expenses arising out of or related to the breach or unauthorised use of copyright or trademarks reproduced. Britain Apparel will not accept liability for any variations on original artwork after approval. All Graphics and Artwork drawn up from Britain Apparel is copyright and remains property of Britain Apparel.

We reserve the right to display the our logo on all garments we produce. Positioning of our logo is always displayed on the front and/or on the back of our garments. In the past we have had requests for the branding logo to be moved to a different position or to remove it, however we cannot remove our logo or guarantee the change of position this must be discussed with your Britain Apparel Sales Representative prior to placing your order.
